Terms and Conditions For Online-Payments

 

The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person (“User”) using the services of Indiamallstore.com for making Bills payments through an online payment gateway service (“Service”) offered jointly by ICICI Bank Ltd. and Payment Gateway Service provider, through Dillip Indiamall Pvt Ltd 's website i.e. www.indiamallstore.com  Each User is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Once a User has accepted these Terms and Conditions, he/ she may register and avail the Services. A User may either register on Indiamallstore.com’s website or alternatively enter in any other manner as may be specified by Indiamallstore.com from time to time.

Indiamallstore.com 's rights, obligations, undertakings shall be subject to the laws in force in India, as well as any directives/ procedures of Government of India, and nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be in derogation of Indiamallstore 's right to comply with any law enforcement agencies request or requirements relating to any User’s use of the website or information provided to or gathered by Indiamallstore.com with respect to such use. Each User accepts and agrees that the provision of details of his/ her use of the Website to regulators or police or to any other third party in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the Website shall be at the absolute discretion of Dillip Indiamall Pvt Ltd .

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the User and Indiamallstore.com. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

The entries in the books of Indiamallstore.com  and/or the Payment Service Providers kept in the ordinary course of business of Indiamallstore.com and/or the Payment Service Providers with regard to transactions covered under these Terms and Conditions and matters therein appearing shall be binding on the User and shall be conclusive proof of the genuineness and accuracy of the transaction.

Return policy period applicable for different categories

 

At Indiamallstore.com we believe in customer satisfaction. We offer a clear return policy on all the products listed on our website.

We will only accept items for returns that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return is initiated within the returns period mentioned on this page.

We will not accept any returns if the product return window has passed or the product is used, damaged or altered by the buyer. So to avoid any disappointment, we request all our buyers to intimate us regarding the returns strictly within the returns window and keep the product intact.

Please note that products in some categories are not at all eligible for return, refunds or exchange. Use due diligence before placing your order for products in such categories.

 

In some cases, to make the returns easier our seller team may ask the buyer to send the pictures of the products. Buyer’s co-operation in cases of returns will be highly appreciated.

Fashion Accessories and Jewellery(watches, handbag, luggage) 10 Days Refunds will initiate only if it is determined that the item was not damaged while in your custody, or is not different from what was shipped to you.
Eye Wear 10 Days Refunds will initiate only if it is determined that the item was not damaged while in your custody, or is not different from what was shipped to you.
Mobile Phone, Laptop ,camera & Tablet(accessories 10 Days Return is applicable only for 10 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
Electronics & Home Appliances 10 Days Return is applicable only for 10 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
Home Décor & Furnishing 10 Days Refunds will initiate only if it is determined that the item was not damaged while in your custody, or is not different from what was shipped to you.

  • While returning or claming a  refund, the product must be in original condition and must not be damaged.
  • Label, tags etc. should not be broken / missing.
  • Try and pack the product properly while retruning, otherwise it may be damaged in transit.
  • In some special cases the return or refund polcies are also mentioned on the product page itself.
